In our Bible classes, we will either study a particular book of the Bible or study what the Bible teaches about a certain topic, seeking to understand what the Bible teaches and how to apply it to our lives. Questions and comments relevant to the study are always welcome and encouraged, but no one is required to participate.
In our worship services, we strive to “worship in spirit and truth” (John 4:24). To do this, we pattern our worship after what we see the early church doing in the New Testament. Each of our worship services includes congregational singing (Colossians 3:16), praying (Acts 2:42), and teaching/preaching (Acts 2:42; 20:7). On the first day of the week, we also partake of the Lord’s Supper (Acts 20:7; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26) and take up a collection (1 Corinthians 16:1-2).
